- Local control
- Automation that keeps running inside the home without the internet. Switches work by hand and local scenes and schedules continue even when Wi-Fi or the internet connection drops.
- Gateway (hub)
- A small device that connects Zigbee or other wireless devices to your Wi-Fi and the app. It is the brain that runs scenes and schedules.
- Occupancy sensor
- A sensor that detects whether a room is in use and switches lights or air conditioning on or off automatically, which reduces wasted electricity.

Yes. With an internet connection at the villa you can view cameras, receive alerts and control lights, locks and AC from your phone.
What if the internet at the villa is unreliable?
Local control keeps switches, schedules and scenes running without the internet. Remote access returns when the connection does, and a backup connection can be added.
Can I give the caretaker temporary access?
Yes. Smart locks support separate codes that you can create or cancel remotely.
Do you install outside Mumbai?
