The website describes our home, hotel, office and building automation products and services, shows our featured projects, and lets you send us an enquiry. It is an information service. It is not an online shop: you cannot buy products or pay for anything on it.

A product page, price (MRP), catalogue, brochure or PDF is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. A contract exists only when we confirm a written quotation or order with you and you accept it.

We take care to keep product names, specifications, colours, sizes and pictures accurate. Products are updated often, so details can change without notice. Pictures are for illustration: finishes and colours can look different on screen and in real life.

Where a price is shown it is the maximum retail price (MRP) in Indian rupees and may exclude taxes, installation, delivery and project-specific work. Products without a listed price are quoted on request. Please confirm specifications and the final price with us in writing before you rely on them.

You agree that you will not:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s details in our forms, or use the forms to send spam, advertising or malicious content;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy the website, its catalogue or its pictures in bulk;

• upload or transmit viruses or anything that could damage the website or other people’s devices;
• overload the website or interfere with how it works for others;

When you send an enquiry you confirm that the details are yours to give and that they are accurate. You allow us to use them to respond, quote and follow up as described in the Privacy Policy. The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that arises from using or not being able to use the website, or from relying on information on it, including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our work for a customer (design, supply, installation, warranty and service) is governed by the quotation, order or contract we agree with that customer, not by this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from your use of the website.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Using the website after that date means you accept the changes.
