Unless stated otherwise, everything on bellavitasmarthome.com is owned by Bellavita Smart Home or used with permission of the owner. This includes the text, page design and layout, logo and brand name, product descriptions, specifications, catalogue structure, drawings, product and project pictures, videos, PDF catalogues and the software that runs the site.

• View the website and its catalogue for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as planning your home.
• Share a link to any page, including product pages, by message, email or social media.
• Quote a short extract of our text with a clear credit and a link back to the page (for example in a review or an article).
• Print a page for your own reference.

• Copy, download, republish or sell our pictures, catalogue pages, descriptions or PDFs.
• Remove or crop out the watermark on our product pictures, or pass the pictures off as your own.
• Use our material on another website, marketplace listing, brochure, quotation or advertisement.
• Collect the catalogue or pictures in bulk with bots, scrapers or other automated tools, or use them to build a competing product list or dataset.
• Use the Bellavita name or logo in a way that suggests you are us, or that we endorse you.

Our product pictures carry a watermark on purpose. They are shown to help customers choose, not to be reused.

“Bellavita” and the Bellavita logo are our brand marks. Other names on the site, including building developers, product brands and compatible platforms, belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify those companies or products, and their presence does not mean they endorse or sponsor us.

Some pictures of buildings or projects may be supplied by developers or photographers, or published under an open licence. Where a licence requires a credit, we show it next to the picture. Those pictures stay the property of their owners and the licence terms, not this notice, say how they may be reused.

If you own a picture on our site and want it credited, changed or removed, please tell us (see below) and we will act promptly.

To use our pictures, catalogue or text, for example as a dealer, architect, designer, publisher or journalist, email info@bellavitasmarthome.com with what you want to use, where and for how long. We usually reply within a few working days and may offer clean, unwatermarked material to approved partners.

If you think content on our site infringes your copyright, or you find our material copied elsewhere, send a notice to info@bellavitasmarthome.com with the subject “Copyright notice”. Please include:

• the work you say has been copied, and proof that you own it or act for the owner;
• the exact web address (URL) where the problem is;
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We review notices promptly and may remove or disable material while we do. We act in line with the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Where copying of our own material is found, we may take legal action.
